TORRES UP FOR NORTH-WEST ACCOLADE

	Fernando Torres has been nominated for the Northwest Footballer of the Year award 2008.
Supporters can now vote for El Nino, who is up against Kevin Davies, Richard Dunne, Joleon Lescott, Cristiano Ronaldo, Roque Santa Cruz and Paul Scharner in the Premier League category. These seven will compete with players from up and down the Football League for the overall award. The winners will be announced at the Northwest Football Awards ceremony at the Midland Hotel on November 17.
